Grievances

The Stonewall Democratic Club has set forth a process by which members can file a grievance for violations of the bylaws or conduct that conflicts with the best interests of the club. In order to have standing, grievants must be a member in good standing and must be directly impacted by the conduct that gives rise to their grievance. The Grievance Committee is an independent body that consists of five (5) members and four (4) alternate members and are tasked with independently assessing complaints of alleged bylaws, code of conduct, and other violations.

The identity of all persons involved in this process, and all information regarding the allegation(s), shall be treated with confidentiality and protected to the greatest extent possible. This grievance will be delivered solely to the independent members of the Grievance Committee and the Club's Recording Secretary.
