National Coming Out Day - A Community Day of Action

We will knock on doors and stop the Trump / MAGA agenda. Trump is trying to rig the midterm elections and passing Prop 50 is the best chance we have of taking back Congress next year. We'll have the supplies and a full training to ensure you are ready to have effective conversations with voters. Refreshments will be provided. Join us as often as you can, encourage your friends to come and help save our country! Don't forget to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, hat and fully charged cell phone. We will be knocking doors in West Hollywood.

Name of Event: National Coming Out Day! Canvass for Prop 50!”

Date/Time: Saturday, October 11, 2025; 

• • Set-up: 9:00AM - 9:30AM
  • Coffee and Bagels: 9:30AM - 10:30AM
  • Light Program: 10:30AM - 10:40AM
  • Kick off: 10:45AM. 

Location/Address: West Hollywood Park/Recreation Center, Respite Deck [Red Square], Fifth Floor, [Top of the Library steps]. [Image Attached]

Parking: West Hollywood Library located at 625 North San Vicente Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069.

Directions: Enter the building through the El Tovar elevators. Elevators are located closer towards Robertson blvd. Take the Elevators to the Fifth (5th) Floor.  

Committed Electeds (As of 10/10): LA County Assessor Jeff Prang, West Hollywood Mayor Chelsea Byers and West Hollywood City Councilmembers Danny Hang and John Erickson. 

Co-hosting Clubs: Westside Young Democrats, Black LA Young Democrats, LA County Young Democrats, Bruin Young Dems, Westside Dem HQ, Grassroots Dem HQ, CADEM/CYD LGBTQ Caucuses, the Stonewall Democratic Club, and Rainbow Hill Sober Living!
